Mr. Nagesh Pinge 65, is an Expert in Ethics, Corporate Governance, Risk Management and Internal Audit. He is a Chartered Accountant and Law Graduate from India. He has also completed Executive Education Program from The Stephen M Ross School of Business of the University of Michigan, USA. In a career spanning 40 years, he has worked with many organizations of repute like Tata Motors as “Chief-Internal Audit, Risk Management and Ethics”. Prior to that he has also served Reliance Retail Ltd, JSW Steel Ltd. and ICICI Bank and its Group Companies. He is an Independent Director in many reputed Companies. He is a past President of the Institute of Internal Auditors, India.
